The
interview looks funny.
interview looks funny.
The
Swiss Ambassador Castelmur and the
interviewer are silent on the matter of getting clarification as to what
is the meaning of Independent Inquiry! Is it that the Swiss Bank or its Government
is the authority to define “Independent Inquiry” and to judge on the outcome of
the method and base of the inquiry made by the Indian Government?

It
is not understood as to why the interviewer has not asked the clarification. In
fact the reply given by Mr. Castelmur to the first question is vague and some
part of it, is uncalled, not relevant to the question.

Is
it that the Swiss Bank and the Swiss Government is of the opinion that that if a
query prepared by an Investigation Team headed by a SC judge and or supervised
by the SC of the Republic of India which has not been challenged hitherto not
being challenged under any PIL with SC, is not a recognizable as a part of
Independent Inquiry?

If
yes then the Swiss Bank and its Government does not recognize Indian Republic.
In this case the query made by Indian Government base and consequence to any
legally authorized process, does not
carry any authenticity and the Government of India is simply a private person
who has no authority before the Swiss Bank and the Swiss Government.

On
one side the ambassador talks about Swiss Bank and the Swiss Government on the
process of inventing Value base system and it is ready for cooperation, on the
other side it derecognizes the so-called
fishing expedition of Indian Government. If it talks about inventing value base
system, then that itself indicates that the present system is not value
base. The ambassador on behalf of the
bank and its government, when talks of cooperation under its present lacking in
value base system, is not only full of contradictions and hypocrisy but also
looks funny.

It
is not understood as to why the interviewer has simply confined its questions
to black money! The money is not simply black. It is red money too. The money
has relation with terrorism and many other anti-social activities.

One
more point is not clear, whether the interviewer is aware of the provision that
for opening an account in foreign bank, it needs a clearance from Government of
India. In the absence of such clearance if any account is opened in foreign
bank, the account becomes illegal. The Indian Government has every right to
suspect it not only illegal but criminal too. No question in this regards has
been put up before the interview.
